- Ask a member of the shop team to sign up for your Little Green Card
- Fill in the quick-and-easy-to-fill-out form and hand it back over
- Complete the form and hand it back to a member of staff
- They'll give you your very own Little Green Card there and then

By claiming the extra 25% of Gift Aid tax allowance, Barnardo’s could help thousands more vulnerable children, through projects such as:
- our UK-wide Barnardo’s Adoption Service that finds loving families for hundreds of children each year
- essential child sexual exploitation services, supporting hundreds of vulnerable children and young people in the UK
- our parenting support programme for improving babies’ development across the UK
