Community fete

Raise money in your local community

Throughout the Coronavirus crisis we’ve seen more than ever, that when a community comes together, incredible things can happen. There are so many ways you can get involved in your local community to make a difference to the lives of children and young people when they need it most.

Fundraise with your local community

Whether it’s a coffee morning or raffle, car boot sale or quiz night, fundraising is much more fun in a group, so why not gather your community group, club or society and make a difference to the lives of children and young people when they need it most.

Start your own fundraising group

Get together with like-minded people and start your own fundraising group. We will support you every step of the way.

Become a Volunteer

Our community of dedicated volunteers help us to raise awareness of the issues faced by vulnerable children and young people, and share what Barnardo’s is doing to support their local community.

Volunteering is the perfect opportunity to hone your speaking skills, encourage public awareness of the challenges children and young people face and help raise vital funds.

To find out more about becoming a volunteer get in touch with our friendly Community Fundraising team via email with the subject ‘Community Volunteering’.
