The Brent Out Of Hours Family Support Line offers Family Support and Early Help services on evenings (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and weekends to families living in the London Borough of Brent.
The aims of the service are to:
1. Increase access to Family Wellbeing Centres and other Early Years services in Brent
Provides a transitional support service to young care leavers in Glasgow. Including residential accommodation, supported tenancy's and on-going support up to the age of 26.
A flexible and tailored support programme for unemployed young people aged 18 -24. We know that for the hardest-to-reach young people, one size doesn’t fit all and that to make real, sustainable progress, we need to tackle the whole range of issues a young person is facing.
6th Sense is based in the Southern Locality and is part funded by the SHSCT.
Eight Young People with a range of disabilities and autism will be supported to participate in twelve 6th sense meetings per year.
Activities will include influencing and capacity building meetings.
Personal Care Needs of membership will be met at the project.
The Attachment, Bonding & Communication Parent Infant Partnership (ABC PiP) is a Specialised Parent infant Relationship Team which offers a home visiting service to families across the South Eastern H&SCT area. The service focuses on improving Parent infant Relationships and creating stronger bonds and attachment in the First 1001 Days (pregnancy – age 2).
The ACT Service will work with other Barnardo's mental health services across the UK to identify CYP aged 10-19 years with mild to moderate mental health needs, who have been waiting for a counselling service and who would be suitable for, and prefer a virtual/online intervention.
Social Inclusion aims to provide support to children/young people from ages 5 - 25. This service is to help children and young people access information. activities and also gain confidence, build their self esteem, build social skills and promote indendence.
